Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Hangar / Briefing Room
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Bound the Powerful emote and equipped the Chromium-Enhanced Helmet, Chest, Gloves and Boots. Upon entering Briefing Room for next fleet battle, all customize options had reset. Powerful emote was unbound.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. In between equipping customizations and joining next briefing room.

How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? Customize options get reset.

Just wanted to hop in and report that customization options aren't working/saving as intended. I load a game without my saved gear equipped, and when I switch back to it, it always switches back in the briefing room. When I bind an emote, by the time I get to briefing room, it has been reset back to default. I have bound the emote while in the briefing room, used it, and after the match, it was reset back to default.

What happens when the bug occurs? Audio goes in and out for a few seconds. The game freezes. It freezes my machine. Ctrl-Alt-Del won't even work.

During first load up, I can get to the character customization screen. When selecting character voices, the audio clicks in and out for a few seconds and then freezes both the game and the computer. I have rebooted to try again three times but cannot get any further. I am unable to play the game. All of my drivers are up to date. Windows is up to date.
I have the same issue with the Marauder equipment on my NP pilot. When I put on the Marauder gear in customization, it will show immediately upon exiting the customization menu, but if I go into a game it switches back to the red flight suit.
It did not do this with other flight suits - I have both the green flight suit and the Tactical Flight Suit - both stayed when going into a game. It only seems to affect top/bottom combos.edit: on PC through Origin
