Darth Vader encounter bug or glitch.

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug After the encounter with Darth Vader. I watch a cut scene where I swim upward almost drown but im saved by another character. Then it cuts back to gameplay and I'm fallen out of world.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its after the final boss fight with The Second Sister.
What happens when the bug occurs? I fall out of the world and there is no way to continue the game.
What do you expect to see? All blue background and occasional falling.

I have already tried restarted the application and the PS4. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

@Deezo88 2021 and still the problem exists. Maybe it has something to do with mods? I had a couple of them but for a short time in the playthrough that the issue is in.

6 months later and it's happened to me, on PC with no mods so it's definitely not mod related.

Same bug/glitch Still exists as of Nov 2021. No mods on my play through. Disappointed that an otherwise good game is derailed by a glitch, especially when there's only 10 mins left. Had to watch the end on YouTube.

Has anyone upgraded to the PS5 version to see if that changes?
