Databank Log bug with Mushling Seed.

Summarize your bug Scanned the Mushling seed in the Swamp. Mushling is fully grown in Terrarium but the Databank still shows 6/7 with Mushling missing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. I pressed R3 and quick tapped out of the scan to fight a zombie Night Sister.
What happens when the bug occurs? The databank log doesn't update but the plant grows in the terrarium. Keeping me from 100%. Going back to area and attempting to rescan doesn't work as the prompt no longer shows.
What do you expect to see? The seed being logged correctly as discovered.
