Databank story entry missing

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug The second story entry ior chapter 3 is missing in databank, while all other entries after it are there.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game till you get the 3rd databank entry for chapter 3. Look at the databank if the second entry is there.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no databank entry, thus the databank cannot be completed.
What do you expect to see? After each new story databank entry, check if previous entries are still there. If one in missing, let the game automatically unlock this.

I am in chapter 5, but there is still one databank entry for chapter 3 missing. It is the second one.

    i have some problem. Lost 4 task on 3 chapter

    I have a similar problem, spoke with my friend who has the game also, and we did exactly the same thing, so i should have unlocked the databank entry. Would this prevent 100% completion?
