Dathomir Bug - Upper Strangled Cliffs

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Searching around Dathomir after defeating the final boss to get 100% completion when I jumps through what I thought might be a crack in a wall and ended up glitching on to a platform below that I can’t jump out of only jump off. Jumping of that platform results in an extended free fall of about 10 seconds upon which I am returned to that same platform. I have several screen captures that I will upload below.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upper craggy cliffs see map attached below. Go to where you see a large root that enters into an opening on the wall and jump in. I haven’t tried recreating this bug yet. I leave that to you guys.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal falls on to a platform below that he cannot jump back out of. Jumping off only brings you back to the same platform. I will include screen shots below.
What do you expect to see? Was hoping that jumping off the glitch/hidden platform would return me to the main map but it only returns me to the same hidden platform. Of course if I die there all my experience dies with it, so I’m restarting the game and hoping that clears up my problem.

As I mentioned above I have fallen through an opening in a wall and on to a platform that is not part of the game map and I am stuck there. There is no way to jump back out and jumping off only returns me to the same platform. The free fall lasts about 8-10 seconds before it kicks me back to that same platform. While it looks cool (really you get a great vista and a nice view of the red sun) I can’t continue jumping off and losing my heath to die and go back to a Respawn point or I will lose my experience and skill points and won’t be able to get those back without reaching this platform again.

i haven’t tried to recreate this glitch but in the description above I have explained how I got here along with the attached map so you can see where this wall glitch/bug has occurred.

i have additional screen grabs of the terrain around this hidden platform as well if they are needed.

    Hold that thought, I’ve managed to jump off and now land somewhere in purgatory. The view is stunning! Will keep jumping around a bit and see if I find a way out of the rabbit hole!

    Double jumping off the far left side of the original platform I found yet and other hidden platform. Another great view but same result. Jumping off this one sends me back to the original hidden platform at the top of this post. I can see other surfaces to jump on from here but all lead me to the extended free fall.

    That’s all I could find after jumping off every surface in every possible direction and running as far as I could while jumping off each extra platform. I will leave this post with my new favourite memory from Dathomir. The day I went skydiving into purgatory!

    Hope you guys find the bug yourself, it’s been fun!
