Dathomir climb

I am in Dathomir, after i got the double jump and have made it through after the bridge and into a part where I need to push a slab of rock with force push that has climbable moss on it so that i can access some more climaable moss which is otherwise unreachable even with d-jump...but it keeps spining back (the slab) before i can even jump on it, to say this is ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING is an understatement of biblical proportions, does anyone know how to pass it, or has a vid of how it's done? thanks....
