Dathomir Enemies Not Spawning

Summarize your bug On Dathomir after reaching the first save point after encountering the nightbrothers, enemies do not spawn in immediately when I respawn. When I do continue further, enemies finally spawn in their original places.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upon first reaching the save point after encountering the night brothers, die to any enemies in the following rooms. Upon respawn, walk through those very same rooms.
What happens when the bug occurs? Enemies do not spawn until after passing them, particularly in the first two areas. Enemies meant to ambush will still hold their hiding position as if you never passed them, but they will attack as normal when approaching at this point.
What do you expect to see? Enemies just won't be there, then at some point upon passing their rooms, they will appear.

While I wouldn't consider this a game-breaking issue, it's rather frustrating to be shot in the back by enemies from earlier encounters that you never had a chance to properly fight the first time you were meant to encounter them. Additionally, the ambushes become rather pointless when you can already see the nightbrother hiding behind a doorway you just walked through a few seconds before.
