Facing this exact same problem. You're expected to make a massive impossible jump. No other platforms are appearing. Stuck on this one.
EDIT: For anyone finding themselves stuck at this point. Jump directly across to the wall. Cal will grab the ledge and you can shimmy across to the platform.
