Decal doesn't show up during pre-match and end of match cinematics

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Starting and finishing a dogfight match.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. When a dogfight match starts and ends, issue occurs when it plays the cinematic of the ships flying by.

What happens when the bug occurs? Decal doesn't show up in the pre-match and end of match cinematics even though I have it applied in customizations.
What do you expect to see? I expect my applied decal to show up when my ship flies past the screen (in the end of match and pre-match cinematic)
Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." TIE Interceptor, but I assume it happens to every ship.
What components were you using? Components aren't a concern regarding this bug.
Which customizations (if any) were you using? For the TIE Interceptor specifically, the Emperor's Guard skin with the red Sith Eternal decal (decal doesn't show up, skin shows up fine). No other cosmetics.
Decal shows as applied in the customization menu and shows up correctly in the hangar inspect view. Doesn't show up in pre-match and end of match cinematics of my team's ships flying by.
