Deluxe Edition Total Rip off

Deluxe Edition doesn't contain the orange lightsaber. That was a preorder bonus (along with a few other customization options), and they gave it to you whether or not your preordered (prior to 11/15/19). I got the Deluxe edition on a whim b/c it was only $10 more, and i thought it might be worth it.  I enjoyed it after I finished playing the first time b/c it was cool to see how JFO was made and the work that went into it. Someone went to the trouble of putting all that footage together, so for $10, i think it's an okay deal, and it was nice to enjoy a little more footage after the ending. Currently, there's no way to unlock the orange, but who knows, they may unlock it down the road for people. 

Yeah well i preordered mine before then and i did not get any of the preorder bonuses and im pissed off

I don't understand these complaints of this edition being a rip off.

The 'extras' are clearly identified, if you don't think they are worth the money, why buy them? This is all within the customer's choice and control.

Any special edition of a game has a higher ticket price than the base game for items that are arguably very optional and are aimed frankly at those happy and willing to stump up the extra. I think most people would find the base game more than sufficient.

Personally I find the behind the scenes videos are rather well done and are a cut above typical examples of such videos.

The preorder bonuses not coming with the Deluxe version is confusing...it surprised me too, but I bought deluxe anyway. I'm not sorry.

The Problem is that I've randomly seen a YT video that the "Deluxe Edition" contains orange lightsaber. After buying it and looking at the colors of light saber there are only green and blue.

How am I supposed to know it was only pre-order item and why is it not in the game for a normal Deluxe Edition ? A lot of people are complaining about this nor just me.

Just a color of a light saber for pre-order ... EA are super dumb to think that this will give them more money.

I am honestly pissed off even that I cannot refund my money for DLC's.

Such a rip-off and false statement by EA and I should be given my money back. Can't believe they've done this kind of thing like THIEVES for a such a good game.

EA should give me money OR the orange lightsaber.

Your YouTube video is the one at fault there, you should give them a piece of your mind. But EA did properly describe the promotion, sorry, you can't really complain to them unless you only purchased it within the last couple of days and they'd refund you.
