Didnt get the "Completed game" achievement - All Platforms

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Finished the last mission for the Republic. I got the "Punch It" achievement but did not get the "The Galaxy's Finest (Ace)" achievement.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Mission selection menu
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02/10/2020
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? The achievement doesn't unlock
What do you expect to see? The achievements for completing the campaign on story mode, pilot, veteran, and ace.
Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." no
What components were you using? no
Which customizations (if any) were you using? no

So I finished the campaign all on ace difficulty, and when I was sent back to the menu I noticed I didn't get any achievements for beating it. I went to check the medals for the missions and the prologue through mission 4-6 or so doesn't show any medals at all. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to solve it? And by the way yes I did go back and finish them, no medals nor achievements neither.

    I have the same problem, but on PS4. I've finished the campaign, also have replayed the last mission ahd didn't unlock The Galaxy's Finest or whatever is the name of the trophy in English.

    Yeah I had the same problem on Xbox I just completed the game on ace difficulty and for some reason mission one and two doesn’t have their campaign completion metals

    So sometimes when I launch the game 5-14 have medals but the rest don't. Sometimes none of the missions have medals :/

    Same here, also Steam. FWIW, I accidentally selected story difficulty for the first prologue mission, then switched to pilot and finished the whole rest of it on pilot. I went back and re-did the first few prologues/missions on pilot just in case, but still no achievement :/ really not looking forward to doing this yet again.

    Completed the game on pilot, on Xbox. No achievements. Checking my progress, I have no medals for Missions 1, 2, 3, and 4. Never changed difficulty, but didn't sit down and do them all in one go. Played through the prologue then left and played online with friends for awhile before going back to campaign. Beat campaign over the last few days. Didn't watch all the credits.

    Same problem for me on PS4. My medals were gone from the missions the day after I played them and never got an achievement for beating the campaign.

    Same here on Xbox One. The game gave me the cosmetics, but no Achievements. I finished the game in Pilot.

      Yep, had the same problem.  Luckily I caught it before mission 3.  So. I ddn't waste my time finishing the campaign until it's fixed..

    Same problem. Just completed the campaign on ACE difficulty on ps4, got the cosmetic achievements but no trophies. I only have the medals from Mission 11 to the last, which are the mission i did in the same run until I finished. Someone knows how to fix this problem?

      @TonyusWarrior The only thing I know is to restart the campaign and complete it all in one sitting.
