Didn't Pre-Order....Oh but I DID

@brucewayne1983 If you're in North America (referencing Best Buy suggests that's the case) then you should have received the pre-order code on a receipt or slip of paper. Please check this and let us know how you get on.

Digital – If you pre-ordered digitally, no code is necessary. Once the DLC is live, you’ll just need to download and install.
Physical – 3rd party Online Retailers – Check your email inbox for an email from your retailer with your pre-order Early Access to the Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick and Mortar – NA – You’ll want to check your receipt from the retailer for your pre-order Early Access Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick & Mortar – Outside of North America – The code should come on a leaflet in the game box.

EA_DAVID, THANKS FOR YOUR REPLAY! THE RECEIPT THAT I HAVE DOESN'T HAVE A CODE ON IT!  IT DOES SAY PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT OF 59.99. NOW I DID HAVE TO TAKE THE FIRST PRE-ORDER BACK BECAUSE I WAS RUNG UP FOR XBOX AND PS4 AND THE ONLY RECEIPT I GOT BACK WAS THE EXCHANGE WITH NO CODE ☹️ IF THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO WITHOUT THE CODE NO BIG DEAL I'M NOT THE TYPE OF GUY TO START A WAR OVER SOMETHING SO SILLY BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO PLAY IT FIRST. THANKS AGAIN

@brucewayne1983 Hmmm, it sounds like an unusual situation. 

Perhaps if you contact support they can add the access to your account, if you can prove the pre-order.
