EA_DAVID, THANKS FOR YOUR REPLAY! THE RECEIPT THAT I HAVE DOESN'T HAVE A CODE ON IT! IT DOES SAY PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT OF 59.99. NOW I DID HAVE TO TAKE THE FIRST PRE-ORDER BACK BECAUSE I WAS RUNG UP FOR XBOX AND PS4 AND THE ONLY RECEIPT I GOT BACK WAS THE EXCHANGE WITH NO CODE ☹️ IF THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO WITHOUT THE CODE NO BIG DEAL I'M NOT THE TYPE OF GUY TO START A WAR OVER SOMETHING SO SILLY BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO PLAY IT FIRST. THANKS AGAIN
@brucewayne1983 Hmmm, it sounds like an unusual situation.
Perhaps if you contact support they can add the access to your account, if you can prove the pre-order.

EA_DAVID sorry about the all caps. i started typing and i didn't look at the screen until i was almost done. didn't mean anything by it! have a good one and thanks again for your help.
