Does the origin version fully support the use of an Xbox one controller

As per the title, could somone official let me know whether buying the game from Origin will fully support using an X box 1 controller as it is already stated on Steam that the version there does fully support a controller, i would prefer to buy the game off of Origin but the inclusion of using a controller as an option is important for me.
