    figured it out... changed settings from fullscreen to borderless and that solved it!

Hello it's been along time and i hope you see this but i am now getting the same issue u have. How can i change my settings from Fullscreen to borderless? Is this in your game or in your meta quest link settings. I can't find the setting for it.
