Ea access subscription renewed but not working. Keeps asking for payment agai
I renewed my son's EA access via a prepaid card i got him for xmas. On xbox subscriptions screen it shows the 12 months have been added but when trying to use it the ea hub wont let us in. Just asks for payment again!! Have tried hard reset... removing and re adding the xbox account... and deleting and re adding the ea hub....nothing works.
Been on hold trying to call EA for 1hr 56 mins so far....
Any help much appreciated
Hey @545481 I'm sorry you're having some trouble with the EA Access membership. Usually after a power cycle with the console that helps push the transactions on your Xbox account through if there is an error.
Hopefully you were able to fix this by now or someone from our Live-Support was able to address this. Even though it's an EA service, if you're having trouble with the Microsoft account identifying the membership is valid or code redemption, we urge talking with Xbox Support since they have visibility around codes redeemed on your Microsoft account, as well as checking purchases made on your Microsoft account.
