Ea games wont launch via geforce now

Hi, i purchased on epic game sale game Jedi Fallen order. After the purchase game was added to my ea account. When i try to launch the game on geforce now with ea app library, geforce now opens ea app and the i receive message that launch failed due to problem on ea end. My pc is weak and i purchased this game specificly to play on geforce now. If problem not solvable, how i receive refund for the game?

    Hey @Zver24,

    Unfortunately, we don't offer support for services like Nvidia Geforce Now. It is better to reach out to Nvidia about this issue.

    Can you elaborate? Does EA stopped collaboration with geforce now or you speak only about game support?

    Hey @Zver24,

    The GeForce Now service is what I meant. 🙂 Because it is not something on your own PC, is it sadly not something we can help with. If you encounter an issue with GeForce Now or playing a game via GeForce Now, I am afraid that you have to reach out to the GeForce Now support.
