Okay, i tried to contact the EA support(live chat) but i can't, Because they need me to wait more than an hours(over and over again)
So i decided to re-install Windows and it's works i'm no longer has this problem anymore.
Maybe there's another options that better than re-install the windows(it should be) but i can't find any of it. I just like to share this solution for someone who has the same problem like me. Thanks
