EA Servers Down on Xbox One? Battlefront is not playable!

Every time I try to play the game it states: You are offline, Press to Connect Y I press Y and after a while the message appears: "The EA Servers are currently unavailable. Please try again later." ...

Restart your console. Don't simply turn it on or off. There's a restart as well

    After getting the EA server down message, we did the hard restart as suggested and it worked.  Thanks logger20!
