eb games code

Hello, I preordered Star Wars Battlefront from EB games, which is the Canadian gamestop. I read through and cannot find a solution to my problem. I like many others did not and/or do not have the early access code for Battle of Jakku. I contacted the retailer and was told that we would have access on Dec 8th which was early as everyone else would have access on the 15th of Dec, which I know is incorrect. I have my receipt however the retailer I contacted says there is nothing they can do even thoughthe receipt has an EB games preorder five digit presell order code. So either EA or EB games has an issue, or it was advertised falsely. Help with this situation would be appreciated and it is 8:49 pm Atlantic Standard time on Dec 1st. Thank you.
