Electrohammer Purge Trooper not Scanning

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Won’t let me Scan the Electrohammer Purge Trooper on Kashyyyk. I’ve remediated multiple times then went back and killed him, but it won’t let me scan him. And he’s the only person left in my Tactical Guide I haven’t scanned
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Deserted Village on Kashyyyk and Find the Electrohammer Purge trooper standing by some Scout Troopers.
What happens when the bug occurs? He dies, but doesn’t give an option to scan.
What do you expect to see? To be able to scan him when I kill him.

He’s the only thing I need to scan in my Tactical Guide. It’s so irritating.

    Is anyone at EA going to address this bug?  I've never had this problem until the most recent update.  It's very annoying because I've tried 3 times to get this scan, and 3 times it has NOT worked!  Obviously this is a bug that was created by the update.  Hope someone at EA addresses this issue.

    @Zwazo1 I just did this on the PS4. Make sure to kill the other 2 troopers there before you kill the purge trooper. You can’t scan while the game thinks you are in combat.

    I ran into the same problem on the PC version. First you need to kill two other stormtroopers, then, after killing the Electrohammer Purge Trooper, you can scan him.
