Elevator BUG ON Kashyyyk

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Im on Kashyyyk and I accidentally fell of the last elevator platform and it lifted without me and it won't come back down. and even if I die, it says that resets on the holo map but it isn't there. I go to the "platform lift" and just fall to my death. What do I do? Do I have to start over???
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? jump off every elevator and find a way for you to control it going up and down.
What happens when the bug occurs? you can't process through the story
What do you expect to see? A switch that is not on the elevator or platform incase you fall off.

    Is there anyway to get the elevator back to progress forward in the game or do I have to start over?

    I had this problem too, but I was able to figure it out by going to a panel that was to the left of the elevator then, you can interact with it and call the elevator back down. I hope this works.

    Here is the answer.

    Whenever you stuck in this situation, just quit to the main menu 

    You should download fling trainer then before using elevator just turn on the game speed cheat on speed "5" 

    You should get there by this

    Then you can close the trainer and continue your journey.
