Emperor Palpatine is under powered
Lets all be honest here, he could use a major buff. If EA made his lightning stronger or gave him unlimited lightning, that would make him on par with the other hero characters

His lightning seems to kill pretty efficiently to me. Also, his lightning regenerates rather quickly. If it was unlimited, you could spam it constantly and it would be overpowered.
I defently dont Think so and yes i know hes pretty Close quarters with his normal lighting attack but other is he really good
- I think palpatine has actually become weaker since six months ago.
As emporer palpatine lighting is short range it should be continous, presently he looses most of his live fighting a homeguard.
Vader kills homeguard with choke hold.
Luke kills homeguard with 3 sabre swipes.
Greedo kills homeguard with three shots.
I also think all hero and Villians should have 2 or 3 lives.
One life when you have to deal with guns and rockets and turrets and druids just is not enough. - Palpatine so weak I only scored 20 points killing lando who only had half life left.
Palpatine needs lighting at least 25% stronger as lighting is short range and his movement is poor.
