Error 1066, unable to play online

Please explain 'Other' All online matchmaking
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Main menu -> Quick match -> 10 minutes of looking for a match -> Error 1066 // Main menu -> Multiplayer and training -> Dogfight -> 10 minutes of looking for a match -> Error 1066 // Main menu -> Multiplayer and training -> Fleet battles -> 10 minutes of looking for a match -> Error 1066

What happens when the bug occurs? After 10 min of the message "looking for best match...", it gives up and sends an error message that says "We can't find any available games for you, check your selection and try again" Error code 1066
What do you expect to see? Being able to connect to a match
