I managed to get hold of my brother who is a telecommunications specialist. Changed PORT TRIGGERING to enable the port forwarding codes required for squadrons/ps4 - EA_Aljo5 years ago

Are you saying the issue has returned? If so, I really don't have anything else to suggest other than contacting support again.
A friend of mine has the same issue. We logged on with his account on my computer with the same error.
This is an account issue and not a local issue

@Puddle_Nails78 Any movement on this for you? My entire squad is still down. Going on two weeks now of 721. Have gone through every possible troubleshooting recommendation, spent over an hour on the phone with EA this week, talked to my ISP. Still nothing.
@EA_Aljo Can you run this up the chain and get us some help? There's a growing number of players across all platforms getting this error code. It's not on our end.
