in fact got the whites pixels lines too ...
Now while reading about it(ERROR CE-34878-0) on various sites/forums I noticed a few people say they fixed it by setting the time & date on the PS4 via internet & setting it to update automatically then restarting the PS4. Making sure the rest of the time & date settings are correct - timezone, that daylight savings thing.

About your issue-pixels lines-
I'm no expert 😇 but that's the only thing I can think of. If there's little ventilation around the console, its possible the graphics card got fried or it overheat sometime earlier after you had a long session or something like that.🤔

pixel lines are always there.
Even when I start the console after long cool down, and just launch the game.
Around the console, there s nothing, and it s always on cold tiles. Sometimes, I move the console on another tiles to get it cold again.
I even put a cold pack on the console, and PS4 wasn t getting hot at all.
Those lines looks related to bad graphical drivers or something like that.
Maybe some PS4 got another brand of graphic card.ok I will try with the TIME update thing.
And I will open new port on my router.
