No I didn't contact Playstation UK.
After reading other players who did that, I know it's waste of time.
When we know that this issue exists since the launch of the game, and still no real solution, I went to the shop today and was happy to get refund before it was too late.
We both now that this kind of error exists on different games .... but we also know that in this case, there is an issue with the game on a minority of PS4, and those flickering white lines are not normal.... they shouldn t be there if it was only the same error as with other games.
I thank you for trying helping me, and I appreciate that.
Regardless of your help, I lost this week end the thrust I had in EA products and I will really think twice before buying another EA game.
We're welcome @Sergeant-Michael then remains your only option- an update of EA.
