Error ce 34878-0 (ps4)

PlatfoPlatform: PS4 (day-one version)

Model: CUH-1004A   made in China FOX

Issue:

Just bought the game on friday. I don't have the problem with the white pixels line, BUT I got the crash error "ERROR CE-34878-0". (even while loading solo mission)

I looked on internet for solutions and I already tried everything including :

- delete game, saves, and all the data, and re-install it (did it 3 times)

- PS4 is up to date, and I install the latest 8 gb update of the game

- I unplugged the PS4 camera, and I deactivate the Face Recognition

- I re-install the whole PS4, in the boot option

- it's the original hard drive, I didn't replace it

Notice that I never had any problems or such an error with others games. It's only with Star Wars Battlefront, and it comes after each end of a multiplayer map, and randomly while loading a map or even in the game

I can't play this game, maximum 20 min of playing, in the best way. Otherwise it's 2-5 minutes.

I know it's not the PS4. I care about the console : and always put it on cold tiles. I look that there's enough space around the PS4, so it doesn't become too hot. I always shut down the PS4 and let it cold down before moving it. And I don't play 5 hours in a row. Short sessions maximum 2 hours. And it's the only game where it happens. So don't tell me it's my PS4.
