Error Code 327 PS4

Every time I try to connect to online, it gives me this error code and tells me to check my network connection, which is working fine. Sometimes when I try to connect I get hit with the 918 error I've been hearing about. Not sure if that's what's actually causing the issue but either way I can't play the multiplayer at all. Hope to see a fix for this soon or I'll be requesting a refund.

• I feel like the problem is occuring because I was game sharing the preorder edition with a friend. I have since stopped and bought the standard edition on my own, and it says that the pre order edition add on is locked still. The error has occured ever since even though I own the game and should be able to play online. Please help.

I have the same error code, I made a post the day after release. I still haven’t been able to play online. I can’t access my preorder bonuses either but I’m hoping it’s just because I’m “offline”.

Another bug/problem that’s possibly connected, I can’t access my preorder bonuses. I’ve seen where some people can’t access their bonuses but I’m hoping it’s just because I’m “offline”.

I'm getting this error message every single time on the ps4. I havent been able to play multiplayer once. Its only this game because I'm logging into fifa ea servers completely fine.
