I tried many things, but only this solved my problem

    1. Navigate to the EA Help Website in Incognito window.

    2. Click log in at the top right of the page. (If you are already signed in, sign out and then click log in)

    3. When it pops up with the: enter your login credentials, click Steam at the very bottom

    4. Login with your Steam Credentials and link accounts

  • Had exactly the same problem and in VR mode I just couldn't play.

Following your instructions, I simply linked my steam and EA games accounts so that the connection was made between the game launched on Steam and my EA account... and it worked like a charm ! No more 4975 error !!

    Happy I am

    Hope this helps,

    Nick

  • Finally something that worked, thank you very much 🙌

  • @Illrain It worked!! I did not use incognito but login out to the origin client, then login back using the steam option made the magic.

    Thanks for your help

This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Star Wars: Squadrons, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
