I'm having this problem as well and I do not want to initialize the system. I've been doing the same things as you and nothing. Every time it says it cannot install, another game I got has installed an update just fine so it must be the Battlefront servers. I really hope this is fixed soon, I've been waiting for this game for a while.
Its only the update file. The new map and the deluxe content, along with the game installs fine. Im hoping the 24 hour support comes back to work soon so i can do more than just the training. For now back to fallout 4 i guess
Yeah, it's really frustrating seeing all of my friends play the game. I am also waiting for 24 hour support. If you find out how to fix it please post it on here. I will do the same.
Also I thought it may be the router so would it be possible to know what your router is? Mine's a Netgear WGR614v10.
