Missing purchased Season pass and DLCS from Star Wars Battlefront

I logged into my EA account to play Star Wars Battlefront and received a notification that my battlepass, along with all following DLC had been removed. I don't understand why this was the case and I'd like to have access to my content again. Is there a way to contact support? Has this happened or been resolved for anyone else?
