    Solved by re-installing the graphic card drivers via Control Panel -> Device Manager

I received the same error "igoproxy64.exe - System Error"  

However, in the error box, it also states "The program can't start because "MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.
