Error reset password
Hello, My name is Dallas Williams, I am trying to get in contact with someone from EA to hopefully help solve this problem. I bought the free trial game from EA just to use it for the 10 hours that I could, and everytime I go to open the app, it gives me a screen saying I have to reset my passcode. Now I have tried everything that I've been told. I reset the password, went to ask questions on the Q&A Bot thing that you guys use and I still have got nothing, so I was wondering since I was never actually able to play the game, is there a way I can get a refund? nothing that you guys told me to do so now i'm at a loss. I hope that you guys can make this situation right and help me out or just give me a refund.

If you're looking for a refund you will need to contact EA Help Support.
If your issue has the option to chat with an advisor, use these steps.
- Once you select the topic that best describes your issue, you can select Chat with us or Start chat.
- Log in with your EA Account, if you haven’t already.
- Fill in the contact form with your:
- first name
- last name
- platform
- subject (a short description of your issue)
- attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
- Select Send.
- A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.
