Error Signing-in to the Star Wars Battlefront 2015 companion app.

Summarize your bug I attached a screenshot what happens when you try to press login and fill in the correct credentials. This error happens to everyone that is why the impact is massive.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to sign-up onto the app or web api: http://api.battlefront.dice.se/starwars/battlefront/companion/more
What happens when the bug occurs? See the attachment. Just a red bar shows up saying "error logging in"
What do you expect to see? The companion app and not just the log-in screen.

Dear EA-Battlefront community,

Since last spring 2023 most of the players from the game Star Wars Battlefront 2015 lost their progression. Also buying in-game items was prohibited. Not only that, but since then there is alos an error trying to sign-in into the Star Wars Battlefront 2015 companion app (also the through the web api link: http://api.battlefront.dice.se/starwars/battlefront/companion/more).
I personally have created a ticket (#140038140) at that time and it was promised the desired "EA team" would look into this matter and fix it. Eventually after a couple weeks there was a fix for the console game, see: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-STAR-WARS-Games/March-15th-Lost-Progress-Star-Wars-Battlefront-1/td-p/12386118) but totally forgot to fix the Star Wars Battlefront 2015 companion app and just called it a day. 
For a long period ALL players are not able to sign-in and this issue still persists till this day. I have opened a new ticket: (#165430834) and got suggested by "Gautam" to create a forum post so the community manager "the desired EA team" could look into this and provide us a fix. 

i will attach a screenshot of the given error that the App provides us back after we try to sign-in. Hopefully this matter can be fixed soon enough since it has almost been a full year by now on.
