Error Syncing Cloud Storage Data

I just created an EA account, purchased Battlefront, and it has been unable to sync to cloud storage ever since. I check my cloud storage and it says I have zero bytes used. It hasn't cloud synced even once. I'm at level 10 in the game which isn't very high, but I'd still prefer not to lose that in the event my computer * out on me.

I can play the game just fine, it just will not sync to cloud storage.

Note: It should also be mentioned that before I purchased battlefront, I installed Origin and logged in with my friends account and downloaded battlefront and ran it to make sure my computer could run it. After verifying that it could, I created my own account, purchased the game, and proceeded to play. 

Please advise.
