Ex Friend stuck and grey in my friends list on Xbox One
I have an ex friend on Xbox One that I see always grey in SW Battlefront next to my friends. We were friends and I blocked them but now they still show up in the list. How do I remove them and how to I get removed their list? Is it a bug? It causes a pretty big issue like if I want to change my name on Xbox they will be able to still see me on the list with a direct link... How do I remove them and can you remove me from their list. This is a really concerning problem because Battlefront is basically helping them keep tabs on me... If I block or remove a friend they should never be popping up anywhere in my game and they should never have a direct way to keep tabs on me. It's a really bad privacy issue.
