I was stuck there also... here's what I did to fix it...
I had to recover an old save file. Using Piriform Recova I scanned my saves directory (C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\Respawn\JediFallenOrder) and found a Backup00.sav file and a SaveGame00.sav file that could be recovered, so I restored them to a different directory. I renamed the current ones and copied the Backup00.sav and SaveGame00.sav files that I recovered, and relaunched the game. The game warned me that my save file was corrupted, but that there was a backup to restore from, so I had it restore, and all is working fine again.
Hope this helps.

I am on PC, pretty sure this won't work for console. Sorry.

Solved for me!
in Ps4 settings, go to your system storage and delete the saved file. I’ve downloaded the backup file from de cloud data but try with the system backup file.
after deleting the saved file I’ve restarted and the game said the same message - corrupted saved file. Then, the game took the backup file and loaded it. The glitch was solved.
