Fallen order / kashyyyk bug / can not continue game progress

Is anyone else having an issue being stuck in the atat in kashyyyk because the game won’t trigger the cutscene? i am beyond frustrated with this and when I try hitting up EA support it points me to ...

@Chapmage Are you playing on PC? Because I’m on PS4. I’ll definitely look in to it so thank you, I was just curious if this would work on a console

Solved for me! 

in Ps4 settings, go to your system storage and delete the saved file. I’ve downloaded the backup file from de cloud data but try with the system backup file. 

after deleting the saved file I’ve restarted and the game said the same message - corrupted saved file. Then, the game took the backup file and loaded it. The glitch was solved.
