Hello, I would like to add that I am also having this issue on PS4 when trying to get the 10% discount on the pre-order for Jedi Fallen Order using the Battlefront 2 menus.
When selecting the prompt on the main menu the PS Store attempts to load an item but then shows an error message saying "This content cannot be selected at this time."
I am located in Canada. Jay Ingram, another EA community manager, said on twitter it might be unavailable in some regions. So I was wondering if it's possible to let us know which regions it's available in.

@Spencer-GG22 same problem yes, i remember seeing from one of the community managers that Canada was eligible for the discount but yes this whole thing is pretty confusing.
I also contacted Jay about this problem too, and he just got back to me saying he thinks it's US only. ☹️
Oh well. Still, I can't wait to get the game! :eahigh_file:
Looks like after the last patch it is disappeared from the game completely now
