Fallen Order Epic/EA achievements

Hello everyone,

does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I have "bought" STAR WARDS JEDI FALLEN ORDER on epic games when it was free, I started playing it(launch in epic and it opens in the new EA app) and after some time I noticed that I had 0 achievements on both platforms, even after I was sure I completed some of them.

After waiting a week and contacting Epic support, the achievements for epic games are now popping up. EA app still shows none.

Is there a way to "sync" or unlock the achievements is some way?\
