Fallen order freezes then closes traveling to Dathomir

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!!! EA SPORTS PLEASE HELP US! the same spot on Dathomir right before i get to the bridge my game keep freezing and then boots me back to the home screen. I even tried logging into my account on a different xbox - (my roommate beat the game on this one 30 mins before i tried) and the same thing happened. This is very frustrating and I am not about to start the game all the way over when I am about 30 mins away from beating the entire game. PLEASE HELP ME!
