Fallen Order: Stuck on Dathomir

Looking to reach the Crumbling Ruins but can't progress. There are blue wooden spiked walls I can use push/pull on, raises them giving me time to jump. I'm at the second (after killing the night sisters) and can't raise it so I can jump over, not sure if it's a glitch or if there's something else I missed that I need to do. Here's a link to a section of a  YouTube walkthru, as you can see, Cal uses the force, gate raises and he jumps over and fights more undead. I can't get the gate to raise, doing the same thing Cal does in the video. Any tips?
