fallen order

Fallen Order is performing very poorly on Xbox series X. There is near constant stuttering, frame drops, and screen tearing. I would greatly appreciate a fix for this.

  • Apologies for the delayed response, but I fixed the issue on my own. For some reason enabling VRR on my TV and changing some of the visual settings on the Xbox fixed it.

    Hi there, @Germy1114 

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Let's see if we can get this resolved for you. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Is Fallen Order in your Quick Resume? If so, try removing it and see if that helps.

    Do you have the game installed on an internal or external drive? If external, try installing on the internal drive. Also, are you using the HDMI cable that came with your Series X? If not, make sure you do or that you're using a 2.1 HDMI cable.

    2.5 should be fine, but just to rule out any issues, if you have another win, give it a shot. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game? You could also try a factory reset of your console.

    Can you provide more details?. I just downloaded the game on my series S and it is unplayable. First planet looks OK but the background flickers whenever I try to explore other planets.
