Falling through map after cutscene at Fortress Inquisitorius

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug At Fortress Inquisitorius, after the cutscene where you escape Vader with Cere and Mirrin comes to save you, I start falling through the map for a while before ending up in the void. Can't proceed any further, just run around until I find an invisible pit and fall in, at which point I spawn at some invisible part of the map.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea what's causing it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I fall through the entire map and end up in an endless void.
What do you expect to see? The game to work properly.

    I had the same issue. Specifically, this is was happening in the elevator, at the end of the running section that follows the cutscene mentioned in the original post. 

    Update: it happened two times in a row and after coming here to look for information and making the comments above, I booted the game up again and was able to get past this part. The only difference was this time, following getting knocked down and regaining control in the elevator, i did not move my character at all or read the character description that appears until the elevator made it all the way up and the doors opened (previously I'd both moved around and read the character description both of the times I encountered the bug).
