Falling through the floor after jumping off the second part of the slide

Summarize your bug Following character down the hall of the train at the beginning of the game. My character falls through the floor and dies. Cannot progress pass this point.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.

What do you expect to see? His master is supposed to show up and the cut scene is suppose to end.

No fix. I started the game over and got past that part finally

Im at the part where the train bridge gets blown up, i start to slide, but when the ship is supposed to try and collect me, it doesnt appear and I keep falling. It forever reloads the fall after that.

I had no issue to begin with, but i died ti the Second Sister; respawned, and then the bug occured.

I managed to beat the game. I had to exchange my original copy for a new one. Once i completed it, i tried starting a new file one Jedi Grand Master and it would not let me get passed the train in the very beginning of the game. Game sounds like its over working my system, and spite how long i leave the game in a single spot to "load" it will not let me past.. I am on Zeffo on my Completed story and i keep falling when i try and slid down the ice ramp going to Venator Wreckage.. Please fix this. 

Exactly the same problem here .. I just purchased  and installed the game.... wtf... is there any way to fix this?????
