Fast Travel
I think this game has missed a trick not Including Fast Travel. At the very least on your current planet. It would also solve some of the bugs.

I play on PC, and in over two play throughs averaging about 94% completion, I've not had a single bug that affects navigation.
I also am completely OK with no fast travel or NG+. It wouldn't make sense in a game like this.

I agree, the whole point of not adding fast travel is so you experience getting in and getting out and actually enjoying the environment in the process. Some games have too much fast travel and most game companies air on the side of over doing it for some reason. I will admit though that trying to get out of the Tomb of Eilram and back to the Mantis was a challenge!
Then they would make the worlds smaller.

I'll add that this game world is such that you can still find new things halfway through your 3rd play through.
And yes, 3rd play through I'm still having a hard time remembering routes to take, but to me that's also a sign they made a good map.
