Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through where you first encounter a Flametrooper.
What happens when the bug occurs? I killed a Flametrooper and as per every other unit time in this game I scanned it. It did not unlock the data entry in the Tactical Guide and am unable to 100% the game.
What do you expect to see? I expected the entry in the Tactical guide to unlock.

Looking to Find a resolution to the Flametrooper not unlocking in the Tactical Guide and not being able to rescan another one for an entry.  Game is unable to 100% unlock everything.
