Fleet Battles - Rank Stuck on Zero

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Anytime I complete a ranked fleet battle.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Post-game screen after any ranked fleet battle.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? At the post-game screen, rank update popup appears but without showing any rank tier (it's just blank). Progress bar always shows 100%. Rank shows as zero in "rank" section from main menu.
What do you expect to see? Rank tier, change in rank progress depending on win/loss.

Ranking system is still frozen on zero. I've already maxed out my career rank so it's pretty frustrating that the fleet battle ranking system still is broken.
