Fleetbattle - losing frigates or capital ships on offense?!

How is this possible?! There is a deathzone for the defenders to protect the frigates and capitalships for the other (Attacker)Team. Yet I saw a TIE-Defender drifting more then 30 seconds around our ...

They can survive for so long because they can stay extremely mobile forever. There is a limit to how far the AI can lead their shots, so if you keep bouncing around a frigate, it can't hit you even when you're on defense.

@BluesyMoo Seems like a bug that should be fixed. Maybe I try it next time in AI or Custom Fleetbattle to test it out.
